簡要規則描述：2025年垃圾投放點微改造工程包括新建垃圾分類亭以及原有垃圾廂房的改造和修繕，主要工作內容為地面拆除及修復、墻磚修補、內外墻及天棚刷漆、屋面修繕、雨棚標識安裝、除臭裝置安裝、燈具安裝、管道安裝、管線敷設等。（具體數量及要求詳見工程量清單）
Brief Specification Description:In 2025, the micro-renovation project of garbage drop point includes the renovation and repair of new garbage sorting kiosks and the original garbage wing. The main work contents include ground removal and repair, wall tile repair, painting of internal and external walls and ceilings, roof repair, canopy logo installation, deodorization device installation, lamps installation, pipeline installation and pipeline laying. (See the bill of quantities for specific quantity and requirements)

二、申請人的資格要求2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers(a)滿足《**采購法》**規定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，支持**：本項目是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時，中小企業均不執行價格折扣優惠。（2）扶持**企業、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小**；（3）優先采購節能環保產品政策：在技術、服務等指標同等條件下，對**〔**和**〔2019〕19號文公布的節能環保產品品目清單中的產品實行優先采購；對節能產品品目清單中以“★”標注的產品，實行強制采購。供應商須提供具有國家確定的認證機構出具的、處于有效期之內的認證證書方能享受優先采購或強制采購政策。(4）購買國貨政策：本項目不接受進口產品。

（6）擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
（7）業績要求：無；
（8）其他要求：無。(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law; (4) Grade III and above qualifications for general contracting of construction projects; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
